Description

This dish features succulent shrimp coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze. Quick, easy, and perfect for busy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 34 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste (or grated ginger)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl; add shrimp and coat.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
  • Add honey and chili flakes; toss shrimp to coat and caramelize.

Notes

Use fresh or properly thawed shrimp for the best result.
If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely before cooking.
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
