Description

This 4-Way Dip is a crowd-pleaser with its creamy cheese, tender chicken, and savory toppings. Perfect for parties or a cozy night in, it offers incredible flavor and a variety of textures. Simple to whip up and always a hit with guests!


Ingredients

  • 2 (16.3-oz.) tubes biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. finely grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 c. buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
  • 3/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. shredded gruyère
  • 1/4 c. shredded monterey jack
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated parmesan
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 c. finely grated parmesan
  • 1/4 c. ricotta
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning, divided
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 1/4 c. mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped
  • blue cheese crumbles, finely sliced chives, finely chopped fresh parsley, and torn fresh basil, for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and pinch edges to form balls. Arrange these around the perimeter of the baking sheet and in the center to divide into four quadrants.
  • Brush the biscuit balls with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan and garlic powder.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mozzarella and beat on medium speed until well mixed.

Notes

Feel free to customize your toppings according to personal taste.
This dip is great for parties and can be made in advance, stored in the fridge, and baked just before serving.
Substitute cooked chicken with shredded beef or tofu for different variations.
