Description

Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas deliver irresistible flavors with quick prep and vibrant ingredients, making them a delightful choice for any dinner or taco night.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt-free fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Slice chicken breasts and veggies into thin strips.
  • Combine chicken, veggies, oil, seasoning, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spread mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 11 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Cook for another 11 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked and veggies are tender.
  • Serve hot on warm tortillas with desired toppings.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
For meal prep, these fajitas can easily be doubled.
