These Air Fryer French Toast Bites are warm, fluffy, and coated in cinnamon-sugar. They’re quick to make and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a fun snack.
Ingredients

- 4 slices brioche
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Cut the brioche into nine little squares per slice.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F and spray basket with cooking oil.
- Dip brioche squares into egg mixture for 5 seconds per side.
- Arrange coated pieces in a single layer and air fry for 5-8 minutes until golden.
- Toss warm bites in cinnamon-sugar mixture immediately after cooking.
- Repeat with remaining brioche squares, then serve.
Notes
Store leftover bites in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
Experiment with different spices like nutmeg for added flavor.
