Description

These Air Fryer French Toast Bites are warm, fluffy, and coated in cinnamon-sugar. They’re quick to make and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a fun snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices brioche
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Cut the brioche into nine little squares per slice.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F and spray basket with cooking oil.
  • Dip brioche squares into egg mixture for 5 seconds per side.
  • Arrange coated pieces in a single layer and air fry for 5-8 minutes until golden.
  • Toss warm bites in cinnamon-sugar mixture immediately after cooking.
  • Repeat with remaining brioche squares, then serve.

Notes

Store leftover bites in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes.
