Description

Ingredients

  • lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F and grease the basket.
  • Pat salmon dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Prepare the honey garlic sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, butter, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a saucepan. Simmer until smooth.
  • Toss the cooked salmon with the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
