- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and grease the basket.
- Pat salmon dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Prepare the honey garlic sauce by combining honey, soy sauce, butter, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a saucepan. Simmer until smooth.
- Toss the cooked salmon with the sauce and serve immediately.
