  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Add minced garlic to the same skillet, sauté for 30 seconds; pour in chicken broth and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Mix in softened cream cheese and chives, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
