- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca or arrowroot starch
- 3 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca or arrowroot, 3 tablespoons of coconut flour, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
- In a measuring cup, mix water, oil, and vinegar, then pour it into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Add the whisked egg into the mixture and combine well. Gradually add the remaining coconut flour, one tablespoon at a time. Allow the dough to sit briefly after each addition to absorb the moisture until it becomes somewhat sticky but manageable.
- Sprinkle additional tapioca or arrowroot on the parchment-lined baking sheet, transfer the dough onto the sheet, and sprinkle more on top. Spread the dough into a 10-inch circle or 12-inch for a thinner crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes based on desired crispness.
