Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread, halved
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 3 tablespoons roasted and salted pistachios, crushed or chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and arrange prosciutto on a baking sheet; bake until crispy (10-12 minutes).
  • Lay sourdough bread on a lined baking sheet and cover with sliced Brie cheese.
