Description

  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • strawberries and assorted berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a small pizza pan with cooking spray.Set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Whisk until just combined, avoiding over-mixing.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a knife. Do not over-bake, and let it cool completely after removing from the oven.
  4. While cooling, beat together the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar and mix until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
  6. Once the brownie base is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top.
