Description

Experience the delightful flavors of Butter Toffee Pretzels, a perfect blend of crunchy mini pretzels and rich toffee sauce. Simple to prepare, these treats are perfect for parties or cozy evenings at home.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup Heath toffee bits

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pour mini pretzels into a mixing bowl and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract and baking soda.
  • Pour the toffee mixture over pretzels and toss to coat evenly. Add half of the Heath toffee bits and mix again.
  • Spread coated pretzels onto the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle remaining Heath toffee bits over pretzels while hot.
  • Allow to cool completely before breaking into bite-sized clusters.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
For gluten-free options, use gluten-free pretzels instead of regular ones.
Can be made ahead and stored for later enjoyment.
