- 12 cups chopped butter croissants
- 3/4 cup salted butter + 2 tablespoons
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons On Everything All-Purpose Blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, optional
- 2 large organic eggs, whisked
- 1 cup chicken stock, organic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Chop butter croissants into medium bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic and onions until translucent, then add celery and seasonings; cook for a few more minutes.
- Combine croissants, sautéed veggies, eggs, and chicken stock in a large bowl.
- Transfer mixture to the baking dish, tuck in butter cubes, cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, removing foil halfway through.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Day-old croissants add delightful texture and work well for this recipe.
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free croissants or rolls.
