Description

Ingredients

  • 5 packets Apple Cider Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream together softened butter, sugar, and apple cider mix until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and vanilla, mixing well to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in caramel bits until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet and bake for about 11 minutes.
  • Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
