Description

This Cheeseburger Bowl combines crispy potatoes, seasoned beef, and smoky bacon for a flavorful meal that’s easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ medium yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crispy, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup chopped dill pickles
  • ½ cup diced cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread cubed red potatoes on the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with Lawry’s seasoned salt and black pepper. Roast for 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and finely diced onion over medium heat. Season with hamburger seasoning and Lawry’s seasoned salt. Drain excess grease.
  • In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, ketchup, red wine vinegar, yellow mustard, and paprika to create the sauce.
  • In a large bowl, combine roasted potatoes, beef mixture, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles, and cherry tomatoes. Pour in the sauce and gently mix.
  • Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese, bacon, pickles, and diced tomatoes if desired.

Notes

Roast potatoes until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway for even cooking.
Let the mixture cool slightly before combining to maintain the potato texture.
Feel free to adjust seasoning according to your palate.
