- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef and onion until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in mustard, seasoning, and garlic powder; cook for 2-3 minutes more.
- Spread tortilla chips on the baking sheet and layer beef mixture on top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the beef and bake for 7-9 minutes until melted.
- Whisk sauce ingredients together until smooth; set aside.
