  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hamburger seasoning

  • 1012 ounce bag tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef and onion until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir in mustard, seasoning, and garlic powder; cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Spread tortilla chips on the baking sheet and layer beef mixture on top.
