- 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or kashmiri chili powder

- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or avocado)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are completely coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
- Cook the chicken for 12–14 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
- Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving alongside chutney or rice.
