- 1 tablespoon chili crisp or dried chili flakes
- 1 Sweetheart cabbage, cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the sweetheart cabbage into quarters, leaving wedges intact.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter; whisk with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and chili crisp.
- Brush the buttery mixture onto each cabbage wedge thoroughly.
- Place the wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for about 20-35 minutes.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt the remaining tablespoon of butter and toast the panko breadcrumbs until golden brown.
- Once roasted, sprinkle crispy garlic crumbs, chopped hazelnuts, and parsley over the cabbage before serving.
