Instructions
- Combine brownie mix, flour, melted butter, espresso powder, eggs, and cream cheese in a bowl; mix until smooth.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll dough into balls and coat generously with powdered sugar.
- Place on the baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for 7-9 minutes.
- Press a Hershey kiss into the center of warm cookies after baking.
- Cool cookies on a wire rack.
