- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup mint chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter with sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually mix half of the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped Mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Notes
For a chewier cookie, avoid overbaking them.
Make sure the butter is softened for easy mixing.
