  • Egg (1 large)
  • Milk (2 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla Bean Paste (1 teaspoon)
  • Chocolate Protein Powder (3 tablespoons)
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Mini Chocolate Chips (1 tablespoon)
  • Optional Toppings (flaky sea salt, cinnamon, nut butter)

Instructions

  • Whisk together pumpkin purée, egg, milk, and vanilla bean paste in a large microwave-safe mug until smooth.
