- 1 1/4 cups White Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 TBSP Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Christmas sprinkles in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
- Let dough rest for 10 minutes; scoop onto cookie sheets and chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden; let cool for 5 minutes before transferring wire rack.
- Sift powdered sugar and beat with butter to make frosting; add vanilla, salt, and cream until airy.
- Frost cookies and decorate with additional sprinkles.
