Description

These cookies blend rich chocolate Oreos and creamy white chocolate for a delightful treat perfect for any occasion, offering warmth and joy in every bite.


Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 Oreos, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix gently.

  • Scoop dough into balls and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Place dough balls on a baking sheet and press slightly down.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for a minimum of 10 minutes.
