- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon paprika

- 4 onion rolls or sesame seed buns
- ¼ cup Arby’s special sauce (or homemade barbecue sauce)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add roast beef, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour to make a roux.
- Whisk in milk, then add cheddar cheese and paprika.
- Assemble sandwiches with Arby’s sauce, beef, and cheddar sauce in buns.
- For extra crispiness, air fry for 5-7 minutes or bake in oven for 10 minutes at 350°F.
