- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter, coconut oil, and chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until frothy, then mix in melted chocolate.
- Blend cottage cheese and milk in a food processor until smooth, then fold into the mixture.
- Gently mix in vanilla, almond flour, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool completely before lifting brownies out using the parchment paper.
Notes
