- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
- Sauté diced onion and sliced mushrooms in the same skillet until softened.
- Add garlic and cook briefly before adding cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
- Simmer the sauce then return pork chops to the skillet, cooking until done.
