Description

This Creamy Cucumber Salad with Sour Cream & Dill is a delightful combination of fresh cucumbers and creamy dressing. Perfect for a quick, healthy meal or as a side at your next gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)

  • 2 large English cucumbers (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

Instructions
