- 5 oz fresh spinach

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the crimini mushrooms for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Add gnocchi, chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt to the skillet. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Cover and cook the gnocchi for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes until wilted.
- Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Top with reserved sautéed mushrooms and serve warm.
