Description

This Crockpot Christmas Crack features a delightful mix of salty peanuts coated in creamy white and semi-sweet chocolate, topped with colorful sprinkles. It’s simple, quick, and guaranteed to bring joy during the holidays, making it perfect for sharing or gifting!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces white chocolate almond bark
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces chocolate bar or chocolate bark
  • 5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the crockpot by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with a liner.
  • Line two baking sheets with silpat liners or wax paper.
  • Layer the bottom of the crockpot with broken pieces of white chocolate almond bark.
  • Sprinkle salted peanuts over the chocolate layer; add semi-sweet chocolate chips and chocolate bar pieces.
  • Cover and set the crockpot to low heat for one hour.
  • Stir the mixture after an hour to coat the peanuts in the melted chocolate, continue heating if needed.
  • Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, forming individual pieces.
  • Add sprinkles on top before the chocolate cools and allow to set at room temperature for about an hour.
  • Transfer the set treats to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate does not overheat to avoid graininess; stir frequently while it melts.
Room temperature ingredients help achieve a smooth consistency in the chocolate.
Cleanup is easy with a liner or cooking spray in the crockpot.
