Description

This Crockpot French Market Chicken is a comforting dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy, wine-infused sauce. It’s a quick and impressive meal, ideal for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can golden mushroom soup
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 7.5 oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 (0.7 oz) package dry Italian dressing & seasoning mix

Instructions

  • Spray the bottom of the crockpot with non-stick spray and place the chicken inside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine golden mushroom soup, butter, and cream cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes and whisk until blended.
  • Add dry white wine and seasoning mix to the creamy base and whisk to combine.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken evenly, then cover the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F.
