Description

This Crustless Quiche offers irresistible flavor and simple preparation. With creamy eggs, savory cheese, and hearty ham, it’s perfect for brunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped ham
  • ¾ cup broccoli
  • ¼ cup yellow onion
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until frothy.
  • Stir in ham, broccoli, onion, and cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set in the center. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
