  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the rice vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, honey, and garlic in a large bowl to make the dressing.
  2. In the same bowl, add the coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds. Toss everything together to coat well with the dressing.
