- Mix flour with sugar, salt, and butter; add eggs and foamy yeast mixture along with warm eggnog to form a dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Make the filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until airy.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle; spread the filling evenly over.
- Roll tightly and slice dough into rolls; place in a greased pan.
- Let rolls rise for 20 minutes, adding eggnog to the pan for moisture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 28-33 minutes until golden.
- Prepare the icing with cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and eggnog.
- Frost the warm rolls with icing.
