Ingredients
- Broccolini (2 bunches or broccoli florets)
- Olive oil (3 tbsp)
- Salt (Pinch + ½ tsp)
- Salmon fillets (4)
- Everything bagel seasoning (3 tsp)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim broccolini or chop broccoli florets.
- Arrange veggies on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat.
- Pat salmon fillets dry, season with ½ tsp salt, and coat with everything bagel seasoning.
- Roast veggies for 10 minutes, then stir them gently.
- Add salmon fillets skin-side down to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
