Description

This Everything Bagel Salmon recipe is simple yet impressive, featuring a delightful blend of salmon and flavorful seasoning, making it perfect for any meal occasion.


Ingredients

  • Broccolini (2 bunches or broccoli florets)
  • Olive oil (3 tbsp)
  • Salt (Pinch + ½ tsp)
  • Salmon fillets (4)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (3 tsp)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and trim broccolini or chop broccoli florets.
  • Arrange veggies on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry, season with ½ tsp salt, and coat with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Roast veggies for 10 minutes, then stir them gently.
  • Add salmon fillets skin-side down to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
