These Feta Cranberry Swirls Pastry are a delightful treat featuring creamy feta and mozzarella combined with tart cranberry sauce, perfect for brunch or snacks.

- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 120g mozzarella, grated
- 0.5 teaspoon dried mint or oregano
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 teaspoon milk
- Sesame seeds, for topping
- Honey, for drizzling
- Cranberry sauce, for serving
- Rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine feta, mozzarella, dried herbs, and egg white in a bowl.
- Spread cheese mixture on puff pastry, fold and seal.
- Slice pastry into strips, twist and shape into spirals.
- Brush swirls with egg yolk mixed with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, serve with cranberry sauce and garnish.
Notes
Allow leftover pastries to cool before storing.
Can freeze unbaked swirls and bake directly from the freezer.
Adjust seasoning and filling according to personal preferences.
