Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit until foamy.
  • Mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Pour half of the herby oil mixture into the yeast mixture; stir to combine.
  • Add flour to the mixture; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare muffin tin with herby oil.
  • Divide the risen dough into muffin cups, creating dimples on top.
  • Brush remaining herby oil on top and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 11-14 minutes until golden brown; cool before serving.
