Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by whisking soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and pepper together.
  • Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Slice the pineapple and sprinkle with a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon.
