- 1 cup demi-glace
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper until cooked through, then set aside.
- Sauté shallots in butter until soft, then add mushrooms and cook until golden.
- Add demi-glace to skillet, bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, and Dijon mustard, then return beef to skillet.
