Description

Enjoy a delightful combination of savory ham, creamy cheese, and fluffy eggs with this simple Ham, Egg and Cheese Toast. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a late-night snack!


Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your skillet over medium heat and butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Toast the bread in the skillet, buttered side down, until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour over the toasted bread in the skillet. Cook until set (3-4 minutes).
  • Add ham and cheese over the egg-topped bread and cover with a lid; cook until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).
  • Serve immediately while hot and melty.

Notes

For fluffier eggs, use room temperature eggs when whisking.
