- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 ½ cups bbq sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons green onions for topping
Instructions
- Place the frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, and chopped red bell pepper in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger powder, then pour the mixture over the meatballs.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and achieve an internal temperature of 160°F.
