Instructions
- Combine sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Prepare the dough by sprinkling sugar on a surface and laying puff pastry on top.
- Shape the pastry by folding it into a heart shape.
- Chill the folded dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Slice the chilled dough into ½-inch pieces and arrange on the sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Melt the white chocolate while the cookies bake.
- Cool the palmiers on a wire rack after baking.
- Dip the edges in melted chocolate and coat with sprinkles.
- Serve and enjoy fresh or store as needed.
