Ingredients

  • 3 c. vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mint extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 9 drops green food coloring
  • whipped cream, cherries, and fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the ice cream, whole milk, mint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring in a blender.
  • Blend the mixture until it's thick and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the shake into two tall glasses.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, cherries, and fresh mint sprigs.

Notes

For a mintier flavor, adjust the mint extract to taste.
