- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 6 ounces each

- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil, allowing space around the chicken.
- Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Stir in honey and Dijon mustard, then add a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Place them in the hot baking pan.
- Pour the honey Dijon glaze evenly over the chicken breasts. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Baste the chicken with any collected glaze, then return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked through (170°F).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For additional flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for a couple of hours before cooking.
