This Honey-Lime Margarita-ish Mocktail combines the zesty flavor of lime with sweet honey and a kick of jalapeno, resulting in a refreshing drink that’s perfect for any occasion. Easy to make, it’s a delightful option for gatherings or a cozy night in.
Ingredients

- juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Pour honey into a 14-ounce glass and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir to dissolve honey.
- Pour in lime juice.
- Fill glass with ice and pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Add 2 or 3 slices of jalapeno, then stir.
- Sprinkle with some salt flakes, then garnish with lime slice.
Notes
Adjust jalapeno slices based on your spice preference.
Using chilled tonic water enhances the refreshing taste.
Feel free to substitute honey with agave syrup for a different sweetness.
