- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together oil, honey, brown sugar, Dijon and ground mustard, onion powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Break pretzels into smaller pieces and place in a zip-top bag or bowl. Pour the honey mustard mix over the pretzels and coat them well.
- Spread the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Optionally, sprinkle coarse salt on top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until crispy and fragrant.
- Let the pretzels cool completely before serving.
