Description

This Kale Fruit Smoothie combines the fresh taste of kale with sweet fruits for a delightful drink. It’s quick to prepare, packed with nutrition, and great for any time of the day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberry, etc.)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk to a blender.
  2. Include frozen fruit and banana into the blender.
  3. Add fresh or frozen kale to the mix.
  4. Incorporate protein powder, greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
  5. Blend until smooth, adjusting the thickness with more almond milk if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
