- 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (22–24 ounces)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup irish cream
- 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or tin foil, ensuring the liner hangs over the sides for easy removal later.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk and heat it for 1 minute.
- Transfer the white chocolate chips to a large glass bowl and pour the warm condensed milk over them. Allow it to sit for 1 to 2 minutes before stirring until the chocolate melts and blends with the milk. If necessary, microwave for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
- Incorporate Irish cream into the melted white chocolate mixture, stirring for a couple of minutes until fully combined. Add in 3/4 of the chopped pistachios and mix well.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish, then sprinkle the reserved pistachios on top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Once set, remove it from the dish, peel away the foil or parchment, and cut into 25 pieces. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
