- 8 ounces brick-style cream cheese softened
- 1 pound almond bark
- 1/3 cup green candy melts optional
Instructions
- Add the Mint Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs are formed.
- In a large bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Use a 1-tablespoon scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the truffles are firm.
- Melt the almond bark according to the package directions until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted almond bark, tapping off excess before placing back on the lined baking sheet.
- If desired, melt the green candy melts and drizzle over the coated truffles.
- Let the coating set completely before serving or storing.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
You can substitute the almond bark with chocolate if preferred.
Chill the truffles longer for a firmer texture.
