  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter to form the crust, then bake for 11 minutes.
  • Combine flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt for the brownie layer.
  • Whisk sugar and eggs, then mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined, then pour over the crust and bake for 27-29 minutes.
  • Cool the brownie layer completely before making the pudding.
  • Whip heavy cream and fold into pudding mix.
  • Spread the pudding layer over the brownies and chill for 2 hours.
  • Whip cream and cream cheese for topping, then spread over the pudding.
  • Decorate as desired before serving.

Notes
