- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter to form the crust, then bake for 11 minutes.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt for the brownie layer.
- Whisk sugar and eggs, then mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined, then pour over the crust and bake for 27-29 minutes.
- Cool the brownie layer completely before making the pudding.
- Whip heavy cream and fold into pudding mix.
- Spread the pudding layer over the brownies and chill for 2 hours.
- Whip cream and cream cheese for topping, then spread over the pudding.
- Decorate as desired before serving.
