Description

These No Bake Peanut Butter Bars combine creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate for an irresistible treat. Perfect for any occasion, they’re easy to make and require no baking!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons additional peanut butter

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl.
  • Mix in creamy peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
  • Line a 9×9 pan with foil and evenly spread the graham mixture into it, pressing down firmly.
  • Melt chocolate chips with additional peanut butter in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the graham mixture and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set, then allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
Make sure to melt the chocolate carefully to avoid seizing.
Chill bars adequately to ensure they hold together when cut.
