Description

This No Bake Pineapple Pie is a delightful treat featuring a smooth cream cheese filling and juicy pineapple. Perfect for a quick dessert or a refreshing summer snack, it’s easy to prepare and incredibly tasty!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained, divided
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Save two tablespoons of crushed pineapple for later garnish, and fold the rest into the mixture until well combined.
  3. Pour the pineapple filling into the graham cracker crust and sprinkle the reserved pineapple on top for garnish.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 4 hours to let it set.
