- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 tablespoons Nutella
- 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 4-5 tbsp of Nutella evenly over the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle finely chopped hazelnuts on top of the Nutella.
- Roll the pastry from both ends towards the center, creating a tight double roll.
- Chill the rolled pastry for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Slice the chilled roll into 1/2-inch thick pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and Nutella is bubbling.
- Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
